Try STIMS for 30 days. If it isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full — and add an extra 10% of what you paid on top, for the trouble of trying us. No need to ship anything back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. To start a refund, email orders@trystims.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled any time before your next renewal from your account or by emailing us — you’re never locked in.
