We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once it’s on the way you’ll get a confirmation email with live tracking. Domestic delivery typically lands in 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier timing.
Shipping is free on orders over $35. We currently ship within the United States. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email orders@trystims.com and we’ll make it right.
Love it or your money back — plus 10%.
Try STIMS for 30 days. If it’s not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full — and add an extra 10% of what you paid on top, for the trouble of trying us. No need to ship anything back.
Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. To start, email orders@trystims.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
